Medical History / Measurements etc.

 

For the first part of your first session you will record a detailed health and fitness history.  This information will give us a base to work from. The information will be recorded periodically so that you can clearly see the progress you make in black and white as well as feeling the difference. I will take before photos of you, and retake them after 8 weeks, and you will get the photos sent to you to show the difference.  It's a great motivational tool !!

 

Program Design

Once we have discussed your goals over the telephone, I will then have the sufficient information to design a tailored program to suit all of your needs and requirements. The program will ensure that you train effectively in order to achieve maximum results. This program will be re devised every 8 weeks as you body starts to plateau during this period and will therefore require new stimulus to continue progression.


I will create a "home alone" program for you to carry out when I’m not training you, which will give you teaching points and diagrams of how to do the exercises.


To succeed you will need to train at least 3 times a week as well as eating a healthy diet.  How often I train you is entirely up to you, though I do suggest at least once a week.  If this is the case then you will need to carry out the exercises yourself the other two times per week.  You will do the program yourself each week, and when we meet for a session, I will do entirely different things with you.


Training sessions will be varied, we can work inside or out (weather permitting) and I will endeavor to make your training fun and enjoyable to prevent you from getting bored and giving up!


Often only small changes are required to your diet to improve it, but for those who eat a bad diet I will help you to make the changes required, to succeed, by getting you to keep a food diary so that I can get an insight into your eating patterns etc.

 

I pride myself on being there for each and every client, whether you are 1:1 or a Bodysculpt member. So during your time with me, I am alaways available to answer and questions and to give you advice along the way between our session in person.
