PT / BUDDY TRAINING
Personal Training sessions can be either via in person at my studio, or online via Zoom.
This is a great way to get the best out of your sessions and really effective results with the guidance and support of myself throughout.
If you don’t want to train on your own, then why not train with a friend or partner and share the cost! It can be great motivation to train with another and better still you can get fit together and encourage eachother along the way!
It’s always better if you both have similar targets and goals so that a program can be designed to accommodate both of you. It can be quite fun when your competitive side comes out, as it encourages you to push yourself.
Friends, husband & wife, relatives, whoever you chose to train with your sessions will be suited to you both!
